  1. General

1.1. Nordic Gamekeeper AB (“NG”, “We” or “Us”) supplies an application for feeder management called ASF FeedCon (the “ASF FeedCon App” or “the App”). When someone uses the App, NG may collect and process Personal Data (defined below). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines how NG processes Personal Data. Please read this policy carefully and contact NG if you have any questions. Our contact information is provided at the end of this text.

1.2. By ticking the “I accept” button when accessing the App, you agree that NG processes Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not want NG to process your Personal Data, please refrain from using the App.

 

2. Definitions

2.1. Data Controller – NG determines the purpose and means of processing Personal Data in order to supply the App and is thereby legally defined as a data controller.

2.2. Personal Data – Any information directly or indirectly referable to a natural, living individual, such as name, email address, user-generated content, or other data as defined by applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”).

2.3. Processing – Any action performed with, or on, Personal Data, including collecting, storing, transferring, analyzing, archiving, or deleting data.

2.4. FeedCon® Device Owner – The person, institution, company, or organization to which NG has supplied one or several FeedCon® devices.

3. Personal Data processed by us

3.1. Personal Data Collected by NG
 When you sign up for and use the ASF FeedCon App, NG collects and processes the following Personal Data:

  • Mandatory Information – Name and email address (required to create an account and access the App).

Optional Information – Date of birth and other voluntary information you may provide.

4. User Data

4.1. When you use the App, certain information may be logged under your specific user account. This data constitutes Personal Data and is referred to as User Data.

4.2. NG processes User Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the App’s functionality in accordance with your access level and subscription plan. To learn more, please review our Terms of Service here.  

5. Our purposes of processing Personal Data

5.1. NG process your Personal Data for the purposes described below. Please note that you have the right to opt-out from certain types of processing, while not all. The reason for why some processing is not optional is that this processing is necessary in order to supply the App, and therefore not possible to opt-out from. Instructions on which type of processing that is optional and not, and how you opt out, is found below.

5.2. If you do not want to receive direct marketing emails, you may opt out by emailing info@nordicgamekeeper.com or following the opt-out link in our emails.

6. Data Processing Term

 

6.1. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Personal Data is processed until your user account is terminated, and then retained for six (6) months. If you exercise any legal rights under Section 7, this period may be shortened.

7. Sharing of Personal Data

7.1. Subcontractors (“Data Processors”). To provide the ASF FeedCon App, we engage third-party service providers (Data Processors) for IT infrastructure, cloud storage, and analytics tools.

7.2. Data Sharing with All Seasons Feeders (ASF). Nordic Gamekeeper AB (“NG”) is the manufacturer of the FeedCon® device and the provider of the ASF FeedCon App. All Seasons Feeders (“ASF”) is the exclusive distributor of FeedCon® in the U.S. market.

NG shares certain Personal Data collected through the ASF FeedCon App with ASF for the following purposes:
a) Product-Related Support & Troubleshooting

ASF, as the distributor of FeedCon®, may access specific device and account information to provide customer support, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal device performance.

  • Data ASF Can Access for Support:

    • Device status and activity logs (e.g., feeding schedules, connection status, error reports)
    • Device location data (for troubleshooting connectivity issues)
    • Battery and signal strength information
    • User account details related to device ownership (e.g., registered email, device assignments)
  • Why This Access Is Necessary:

    • To assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues affecting FeedCon® devices.
    • To handle warranty claims and customer support requests.
    • To ensure proper functionality of FeedCon® devices sold through ASF.

b) Marketing & Promotional Communications

ASF, as the exclusive distributor, may also receive certain Personal Data for marketing purposes, including:

  • Name and email address (for ASF product updates, promotions, and offers).
  • Device usage trends (to tailor product recommendations and promotions).

7.3. Legal Basis for Data Sharing. NG shares this data with ASF based on:

  • User Consent – By creating an account and accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the sharing of your data with ASF for customer support and marketing.

Legitimate Interest – NG and ASF have a commercial relationship, and sharing device and user data allows ASF to provide customer support, warranty services, and product insights.

7.4. Your Rights & Opt-Out Option. You may opt out of ASF or NG marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in ASF marketing emails.
  • Contacting NG at info@nordicgamekeeper.com to request an opt-out.

Important: Opting out of marketing does not affect ASF’s access to device data necessary for customer support and troubleshooting. ASF may still access required device information to assist with warranty claims, technical support, and product inquiries.

7.5. Liability Disclaimer. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Nordic Gamekeeper AB (“NG”) is the manufacturer of the FeedCon® device and the provider of the ASF FeedCon App.
  • All Seasons Feeders (“ASF”) is the distributor of FeedCon® and is responsible for handling customer support and marketing communications.

Once NG shares data with ASF, ASF is fully responsible for its own handling and processing of that data in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

8. You have several legal rights regarding your Personal Data:

  • Right to Rectification – Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to Information – Request details of how your data is processed.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent – Withdraw consent for certain processing activities.
  • Right to Data Portability – Request a copy of your data in a structured format.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten) – Request deletion of your Personal Data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing – Request restricted processing under certain conditions.
  • Right to File a Complaint – Lodge complaints with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at https://www.imy.se.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. No Automated Processing – Your Personal Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

9.2. Changes to this Privacy Policy – If we update this policy, we will notify you via email, in-app notifications, or our website.

9.3. Assignment & Change of Ownership – If NG is acquired, your Personal Data and user account may be transferred to new owners, ensuring continued service.

9.4. Governing Language – This Privacy Policy is written in English. If translated, the English version prevails.
